With over two decades of leadership experience spanning solar, sustainability, coaching, and community building, Sean brings a unique blend of head and heart to the mission of making clean energy fun, affordable, and accessible.

Sean began his professional journey in environmental education, guiding young people and adults through nature-based expeditions with a focus on Ecosystem Management & Wildlife Conservation. It was there, amid the mountains and forests, that he saw how deeply personal transformation and environmental stewardship were connected. This foundation inspired his later move into the solar industry, where he found a new frontier to help individuals make empowered, values-aligned choices about their energy use.

Sean’s career in solar includes executive roles in fast-growing startups and nationally recognized solar companies. As an industry leader, he helped contractors scale their businesses and adopt innovative technologies. As a founder, he built local service teams to fix systems left behind by bad actors and pushed for better consumer transparency.

Sean believes in a down-to-earth approach to climate action. He knows that most people want to do the right thing but don’t always know how. His leadership style focuses on clear communication, creative education, and community connection. He’s passionate about lifting people up and helping them feel powerful in their choices.
